Ordering

How do I create an account?

You do not need to create an account to be able to be able to shop with us, however, an email is required at checkout to process your order so that we may keep you updated. Once you have completed your order you will have the opportunity to register an account where you can view your order history and edit your details. For all future orders all that would be required is your email and password - quick and simple!

How do I edit my account information?

You can edit your information by logging into 'Your Account'.

I forgot my password.

In 'Your Account' can you request for your password to be sent to you via the email address used to setup your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments processed by PayPal.

When will my order ship?

All orders received before 1.00pm on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be shipped same day. All orders received after 1.00pm will be shipped the following day.

Has my order shipped?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. To ensure you receive our emails please add mmasportsstor.com to your 'safe list'.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept orders from our international clients. The postage is $30.

My order has not arrived.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please track your order using the tracking information provided. If you have any concerns or the tracking information is not working please do not hesitate to contact one of our customer service representatives by telephone, email or Live Help right here on the website.

An item is missing from my order.

Although we pride ourselves on our customer service, professionalism and efficiency mistakes can happen. If there is any issue whatsoever with your order please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

No problem. We do send out a receipt with your order but if you didn't receive one or for whatever reason require a copy please email us and we will provide you with a copy.

I never received an order confirmation by email.

How do I redeem a coupon/discount code?

Discount codes can be redeemed at the cart summary in the box provided.
