Delivery
The goods will be sent directly to your homedoor via couriers or Aust Post depending on the location.
All Orders will be processed within 24 hours and will get dispatched as soon as order is verified. During this time, MMA Sports Store will verify the validity for most orders placed via Credit Card due to increasing number of internet fraud.
The delivery lead time will be about 2 – 4 working days throughout Australia wide as soon as order get dispatched provided that there is no delay from courier side or due to other external factor. Delivery to rural or PO BOX area may takes longer than usual.
Should we have any difficulty to obtain the items that are not in stock, we will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to notify you and work out the alternative solution.
Return Policy
At MMA Sports Store, we ensure that you will not regret your purchase.
MMA Sports Store offers 7 days defect return policy. You must notify us as soon as you found the product has defects. Any defected products will be replaced immediately. All items returned must be in original condition.
MMA Sports Store also offers 14 days POM(Peace-Of-Mind) return policy. All POM returned product will incur charge for re-stocking fees. The charge may varied depending on the item condition. However, MMA Sports Store reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not in reasonable condition.
Apart from that, MMA Sports Store also accepted the return that is caused by human error such as wrong description, wrong colors. No charge will apply. The replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as wrong product is assessed. The same policy applied, wrong item must be in a original condition. Item returned you must report the error within 48 hours you received the product.
Should any of above scenarios applied, please contact us as soon as possible. This is to ensure the return will be honored.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you to insurance your order as there might be possibility that you order will be damaged and lost on delivery. Insurance is optional and the fees is all on the product page. The fees vary depending on the value of the goods. Please note that MMA Sports Store Australia is not liable for any lost item if insurance is not purchased.
